The CSI Flex-Plate^TM is a big innovation in pad technology. This plate, optional on the Extreme Performance pad, provides unsurpassed fit, comfort, and security. The plate is designed to compensate for the typical saddle pressure points by dispersing the downward force through a series of plates and "fingers" until it is dissipated over a large area and less likely to interfere with performance or cause soreness.
